Spread across an area of 27.7 Mn sqm, the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Uran has quickly become a hub for corporations and startups alike for their offices. A trident at the junction of the JN Port, Navi Mumbai International Airport and Sewri–Nhava Sheva Trans-Harbour Sea Link, the SEZ has been an eclectic marvel of Civil and Mechanical-Electrical works - a mix of buildings, roads, water supply, utilities, and IT infrastructure.

Pentacle was contracted for the services of Project Management for this assignment. The scope of services rendered by Pentacle were supervision, QA-QC, design review, contracts management, Bill Checking and successful planning for commissioning.
